20-Course Menu

Francine offers a 20-course tasting menu that moves from darkness to light, mirroring the emotional spectrum of being human. The dishes evolve slowly, like the growth of a tree—  from introspective, earthy notes to bright, airy ones. The journey is crafted with local, seasonal ingredients, supporting small producers and using fruits, leaves, herbs, and plants that we forage ourselves.
