Francine is a six-seat living room restaurant born in our dining room, shaped by two lives that met eachother far from home in a tiny Norwegian village.
We are Irina and Glenn with roots spread across Belgium, Moldova, and Spain, and a shared chapter written in the deep quiet of Norway.

What unites us is a devotion to family, nature, and the stories food can tell. We believe in the inner peace of a forest walk, in the sweetness of a berry picked at the right moment, and in the idea that ingredients gathered with intention carry emotions within them.
